Frequently asked questions
Can I try Torvany for free?
Yes, two ways. The Free plan is free forever for up to 3 active projects and 5 members. And every workspace can try Pro or Business free for 14 days, no credit card required.
What happens when my trial ends?
You choose a plan, or your workspace moves to Free. Nothing is deleted: anything beyond Free's limits (extra projects, automations, request forms, Slack/Teams channels) is paused, and you can restore it in one click when you upgrade. We email you 3 days and 1 day before the end.
How does per-seat billing work?
You pay for each member of your workspace. When you add or remove members, your subscription is prorated automatically.
Can I switch plans or cancel anytime?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or switch between monthly and annual billing at any time. If you cancel, you keep paid features until the end of the billing period.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. Projects beyond the Free limit become read-only until you upgrade again or archive other projects.
Do guests count as seats?
No. Pro includes 10 free guests and Business 100. Guests only see the projects you share with them, with view, comment or edit access.
How does single sign-on work?
Business workspaces connect any OpenID Connect provider, such as Okta, Microsoft Entra ID or Google Workspace. You prove each email domain with a DNS record, then you can require SSO for your members. Owners keep a password as a backup.
Can I get my data out?
Yes. On Pro and Business, admins can export every project as CSV or JSON. Anyone can download their personal data or delete their account from account settings.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards through Stripe. Business customers can request invoicing.
Do you offer discounts?
Annual billing saves 20%. Non-profits and education get 50% off. Contact us.
